Issue Description : Users experience intermittent crashes when using the Microsoft Teams desktop client.

Final Update : 14/09/2023 08:37:00 AM – After reverting the offending affected version (23231.413.2355.7555), Microsoft have internally verified that impact has been remediated.

Root cause : A recent update of the Microsoft Teams desktop client contains a code issue that causes intermittent service crashes.
