Issue Status: RESOLVED

User impact: Admins would have been unable to use the Group Management tool to manage Users and Groups.

Final Update : 10/07/2023 15:00:00 PM – Service to the EMS User Group Management tool has now been restored. LAs will now be able to manage their users and groups as expected. Thank you for your patience.
