Final Update : 22/05/2023 09:00:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed that their fix was successful in regenerating the data and unblocking the delays.

Scope of impact : Impact was specific to some admins who were served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause : An issue in the upstream data source resulted in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are investigating the upstream data source to determine the root cause and find ways of preventing this issue from happening again.
