Issue Description : Some users may be unable to add email recipients from the Global Address List (GAL) in Outlook on the web.

More Information : This event is not affecting the Outlook desktop client or Outlook Mobile.

Current Update : 28/04/2023 08:51:00 AM – Microsoft have identified that the GAL feature inadvertently contained a code regression, and a standard service update is being deployed to alleviate the code regression. They’re expecting the deployment to be complete by Monday, May 1, 2023, which we anticipate will remediate impact.

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause : A code regression has been identified within the GAL feature which may be inadvertently causing impact to occur
