Issue Description : Some users may be unable to create, edit or delete Microsoft Teams meetings.

More Information : Users may be unable to perform multiple meeting related actions in the Microsoft Teams calendar or using their mailbox calendar.Affected actions include but aren’t limited to:

Create, edit or delete meetings in calendars
Change participant assignment
Open or close breakout rooms

Final Update : 09/03/2023 13:47:00 PM – While Microsoft were in the process of analyzing service monitoring telemetry, system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. They have confirmed that the issue is no longer occurring and they will continue to monitor the service to ensure that the problem does not happen again.
