Issue Description : Unable to see email addresses or user GUIDs in MC451892.

More info : Some customers have reported the inability to view email address or user GUID data in MC451892. Instead of a list of email addresses or user GUIDs, customers will see [UserID].

Scope of Impact : The impact is specific to a portion of customers who have received MC451892 in their Message Center.

Final Update : 31/10/2022 13:28:00 PM – Microsoft has successfully deployed the fix and have validated internally that the issue has been mitigated.

Root Cause : A potential code issue is preventing some customers from seeing email addresses or user GUIDs in MC451892.
