Issue Description : Some users utilizing Push Notifications for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) may have been unable to access Microsoft 365 services.

Scope of impact : Impact was specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
Current Update : 20/10/2022 13:25:00 PM – Microsoft has confirmed that a network configuration change, applied to the affected infrastructure as part of a recent scheduled service update, unexpectedly caused impact. They have reverted the offending change, restarted the affected machines and optimized traffic on the infrastructure. Subsequently, they have confirmed that impact is no longer occurring after an extended period of monitoring.

Next steps : Microsoft is reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in future.
