Scope of impact : Impact was specific to some users who were served through the affected infrastructure located in the EU region.

Final Update : 18/10/2022 12:38:00 PM – Microsoft has determined that a subsection of service infrastructure, that facilitates check-ins within the Microsoft Intune service, was performing below acceptable performance thresholds, resulting in impact. They have optimized the environment to handle requests more efficiently, which has successfully remediated impact.
