Issue Description : Users may have been unable to access Microsoft Teams and may be unable to utilize LCS Admin operations

Scope of impact : Impact is specific to some admins who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Final Update : 22/07/2022 15:57:00 PM – Microsoft have finished applying the configuration changes, and have confirmed through telemetry that services have been restored.

Root Cause : A recent external service deployment introduced a misconfiguration to the infrastructure responsible for Microsoft Teams operations and Lifecycle Services admin operations.

Next Steps : Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
