Issue Description : Users may experience failures when provisioning new environments.

Final Update : 21/04/2022 08:34:00 AM – Following Microsoft’s investigation, they identified high resource utilization in a database node responsible for provisioning actions. They performed a failover to a healthy database node and confirmed via telemetry analysis that environment provisioning actions were completing successfully.

Next Steps : Microsoft are analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to prevent this problem from happening again.
