Issue Description : Admins are unable to manage auto attendant settings for some resource accounts via the Microsoft Teams admin center.

More info : This issue only impacts those who have over 100 resource accounts in their environment. Admins may also be unable to search for resource accounts in auto attendants as well.

Scope of Impact : Any admin attempting to modify auto attendant settings for some resource accounts via the Microsoft Teams admin center are impacted.

Final Update : 20/04/2022 01:00:00 PM – Microsoft received word that some admins have tested and confirmed that the fix has succeeded in fully remediating the impact.

Root cause : A recent update intended to optimize request traffic to the admin center contained a compatibility issue that led to impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing this recent update to understand why it contained a compatibility issue, as well as our update procedures to better identify similar issues during our development and testing cycles.
