Issue Description: Users are unable to access some groups and videos in Microsoft Stream.

More info: The affected videos are accessed through the Stream Classic service.

When attempting to view videos, users see an error that reads, “Hmm…It seems you don’t have access.” or “Failed to load video. The authenticated user is not authorized to access this resource.”

When attempting to access groups, users see an error that reads, “Sorry, this group didn’t load. It looks like you don’t have permission to see this group.”

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and any user is unable to access some groups and videos stored in the Stream Classic service.

Final Update – 09/12/2021 07:32:00 AM: Microsoft completed reverting the group membership configuration deployment and have confirmed with users that the issue is resolved.
