Issue Status : RESOLVED
Issue description : We are aware of an exception error that was being received intermittently when Local Administrators attempted to make changes to User policies and undertake certain activities such as creating new Teams groups:
Alternative messages include:
An exception has occurred. Exception of type NhsMail2.Common.PowerShell.Exceptions.NoFreeConnectionsException was thrown.
Business Impact : Impacted users were unable to complete Admin tasks.
Current Update : Portal engineers are currently working to reconcile any update mismatches created by this intermittent issue. However we now believe that the issue is resolved.
