Issue Description: Users may be unable to use their bot sign-in message extension with the Microsoft Teams service.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to a small section of users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Final Update – 10/06/2021 16:43:00 PM: Microsoft have identified a recent code change in a deployment that caused bot sign-ins to have the wrong tokens. Microsoft have reverted the deployment change and from further monitoring confirmed that this has resolved the issue.
