Issue Description: Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange, or Skype.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to user traffic into and out of Argentina and the surrounding region.

Current Update – 09/04/2021 11:31:00 PM: Microsoft determined that a network infrastructure issue occurred impacting the flow of traffic into and out of Argentina and surrounding areas. Microsoft automated recovery systems re-routed traffic to alternate infrastructure and after a period of monitoring, confirmed service availability has been restored.
