Issues while sending emails via SMTP

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby a small number of accounts are experiencing issues while sending emails via SMTP.
Current Update: (16/02/2021 10:03 AM) – Re balancing activities have been performed by Accenture which has now completed. Accenture will continue to monitor SMTP email volumes.
