Current Update: 03/09/2026 09:17:00 AM – The deployment of the code fix has begun, and Microsoft anticipate it being fully deployed to all affected environments by the time of their next communication.

Scope of impact: Some users who are attempting to view their Microsoft Teams contact lists may be affected. This information may be updated as the investigation continues.

Root cause: A recent service update to improve the user interface of Microsoft Teams contact lists contained a code regression and is resulting in impact.
