Issue Description: Admins may be unable to view device information in the Microsoft Intune admin center.

Current Update: 01/09/2026 08:39:00 AM – Microsoft is monitoring the fix deployment as it nears completion. They expect it will fully complete by their next scheduled update, at which time they will conduct final validation checks within their service health telemetry to ensure impact is fully remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some admins attempting to view device inventory and reporting information in the Microsoft Intune admin center. This section may be updated as the investigation continues.

Root cause: A portion of the reporting infrastructure referenced an outdated data source, resulting in device information not displaying as expected in affected reports.
