Description: Users may be unable to access the Core University site. Users may receive a notification stating “This account has been suspended”.

Final Update: 18/08/2026 05:40:00 PM – Following investigation, the issue experienced today was caused by an unexpected spike in CPU load. Restarting the affected services has restored full functionality, and the platform is now operating normally.

Our technical teams have identified a number of further improvements which will be implemented over the coming weeks to provide additional stability to this component of the service and reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
