Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users may not get email notifications for shared Power BI reports and dashboards or Microsoft Fabric artifacts.

Final Update: 11/08/2026 02:32:00 PM– Microsoft has confirmed that the fix has fully saturated to all affected infrastructure and validated this issue has been remediated using service telemetry.

Scope of impact: Any user that should have received an email notification for shared Power BI reports and dashboards or Microsoft Fabric artifacts may have been impacted.

Root cause: An unexpected issue with Power BI report and dashboard and Microsoft Fabric artifact sharing that is preventing users from receiving email notifications.

Next steps: Microsoft is continuing to analyse the artifact sharing within the environment to better understand the underlying cause of impact and prevent similar issues in the future.
