Issue Description: Users may be unable to share files with external recipients through SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

More info: Users may see the related shared template app pages become unresponsive for the following scenarios:
– When the report is shared through Share Link
– When the user is added as Viewer role in the workspace

A user can be added as contributor, member, or admin to circumvent impact, though this will grant additional permission to viewing user.

Current Update: 29/07/2026 08:42:00AM – Microsoft has identified an error in the request flow utilized in this function and have validated a fix to address this issue. They are still in the process of investigating the underlying root cause of this observed error, and they will provide further root cause details and a deployment timeline for their fix as soon as they become available.
