Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users are unable to access model-driven apps in the Power Apps mobile app on iOS version 26.4.

More Info: Users on iOS version 26.3.1 or earlier are not affected by this issue.

Final Update: 11/08/2026 02:42:00 PM– The Power Apps mobile app version 3.26033.12 is now available in the App Store. Please update your app to restore functionality.

Root Cause: A compatibility issue for the model-driven apps in the Power Apps mobile app on iOS version 26.4.

Next steps: Microsoft is reviewing their monitoring services to reduce detection time and more quickly restore service.
