Issue Description: Admins may be unable to view device information in the Microsoft Intune admin center.

Final Update: 02/09/2026 09:34:00 AM – Microsoft has confirmed that the backlogged data has been processed and validated by internal monitoring that the issue is resolved.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some admins that attempted to view device inventory and reporting information in the Microsoft Intune admin center.

Root cause: A portion of the reporting infrastructure referenced an outdated data source, resulting in device information not displaying as expected in affected reports.

Next steps: Microsoft is reviewing the portion of reporting information to isolate what caused it to reference an outdated data source, and to prevent similar impact scenarios from reoccurring.
