Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users can’t manage scheduled prompts in Copilot.

More info: When users attempt to schedule a prompt in Copilot, they receive an error message that states, “Try refreshing the page. Something went wrong and we couldn’t get the page to display.” Despite receiving the error, the prompt is scheduled as expected. When the user then attempts to manage the scheduled prompt, they receive the same error and are unable to manage it.

Current Update: 03/09/2026 09:33:00 AM The rollback of the offending service change has completed for a majority of the affected environment. At this time, most affected users should be able to manage scheduled prompts in Copilot as expected. Microsoft will aim to provide a timeline for the rollback to complete for the remaining affected users by our next scheduled communications update.

Scope of impact: Your organisation is impacted by this event, and any user attempting to manage scheduled prompts in Copilot is affected. This information may be updated as the investigation continues.

Root cause: A recent service change designed to improve the management operations for scheduled prompts is preventing the management window from being displayed and is causing impact.
