Final Update: 02/09/2026 09:46:00 AM Microsoft has identified that elevated request volume overwhelmed a portion of the infrastructure responsible for processing Copilot requests, resulting in impact. To remediate the issue, they adjusted traffic flow to reduce the request load on the affected infrastructure. After monitoring the service, they verified that this action successfully resolved the issue.
