Issue Description: Users may have been unable to log into Copilot.

Final Update: 14/08/2026 09:42:00 AM – Microsoft has monitored the affected environment using their internal telemetry and confirmed that reverting the configuration change has remediated the impact.

Scope of impact: Any user hosted in Europe that attempted to log into Copilot may have been impacted.

Root cause: A recent configuration change to the login service may have prevented users hosted in Europe from logging into Copilot.

Next steps: They are reviewing and improving their configuration change validation procedure to prevent similar login issues in the future.
