More info: Affected users may report that they receive a blank page when attempting to add their personal Google or Gmail calendars in Outlook on the web when navigating to Settings -> Calendar -> Accounts -> Google -> Add personal calendar.

Final Update: 14/08/2026 09:17:00 AM Microsoft has completed deployment of their fix to address a URL mismatch and validated both internally and with a subset of affected users that their actions successfully remediated impact.

Scope of impact: Users attempting to add their personal Google or Gmail calendars in Outlook on the web may have been impacted.

Root cause: The URLs being utilized to issue the necessary authentication component to add Google or Gmail calendars in Outlook on the web didn’t match, resulting in authentication failing.

Next steps: Microsoft is validating how the URL mismatch was first introduced into their service to further their understanding of the impact scenario and to confirm what actions they can take to ensure similar impact scenarios don’t occur in the future.
