Issue Description: Users can’t create new functions for Power BI reports.

Final Update: 24/08/2026 02:01:00 PM – Although slower than Microsoft previously anticipated, their fix deployment is continuing to saturate throughout the affected environment and they now expect that it will be completed by their next scheduled update, at which point they will monitor the affected components to ensure that additional mitigative actions will not be required.

Root cause: A recent service update meant to improve Power BI report functions contained a code issue, resulting in impact.
