More info:Users are returned an error message stating “Sorry, something went wrong” when accessing internal OneDrive content.

Current Update: 02/05/2026 09:03:00 AM– Microsoft’s are analyzing recent updates deployed to Service Dog Food (SDF) or Microsoft’s internal environments that may be contributing to impact, which will help us determine our next troubleshooting steps.

Scope of impact: Some users at Microsoft may be unable to access internal OneDrive content and are returned an error message stating, “Sorry, something went wrong.”
