Issue Summary: Users may not be able to complete certain Admin functions via the Support Hub.

Description: We have been made aware of an issue in the completion of certain functions via the Support Hub.
Final Update: 10/06/2026 09:00:00 AM – We have been working closely with Microsoft to investigate and resolve this issue. Microsoft identified a change within their service impacting authentication, which has now been reverted. Testing confirms that all connections are operating as expected, with no further delays observed in the use of Support Hub to fulfil requests.
We will continue to monitor the service closely; however, we do not anticipate any recurrence. We appreciate your patience while this was being investigated and resolved.
