Issue Description: Some users may experience intermittent failures while performing export to PDF operations in Power BI.

More info: As a workaround, users can remove the sensitivity labels, and retry.

Current Update: 20/05/2026 01:38:00 PM–Microsoft has identified that a configuration change that was enabled as part of a recent standard service update is inadvertently causing impact. They are working to revert this change in an attempt to mitigate impact.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users located in the United Kingdon attempting to utilize export to PDF operations in Power BI.

Root cause: A configuration change that was enabled as part of a recent standard service update is inadvertently causing impact.
