Delays between Exchange On-Premise and Exchange Online

Description: Following overnight activity and continued engagement with Microsoft support, synchronisation between Exchange On-Premise and Exchange Online has now returned to expected performance levels.
The backlog of queued synchronisation requests has now been processed successfully, allowing iPaaS provisioning workflows to complete for newly created users and mailboxes.
Final Update: 15/05/2026 00:10:00AM:At this time, we are no longer seeing delays impacting new object creation or mailbox provisioning, and services are operating normally.
We will continue to monitor the environment closely and conduct an investigation into the root cause of this delay, however this incident is now considered resolved.
