Issue Description: Some users encounter intermittent issues when viewing embedded reports in Power BI.

More info: Specifically, report visuals fail to load, and some users see the error, ”Failed to move the data reader to the next row.

Current Update: 17/04/2026 9:11:00 AM– Microsoft has verified that reversing the most recent service deployment is not a viable mitigation option for the remaining affected environment. They are verifying the efficacy of a code fix to correct the regression and will provide a timeline for the deployment as one becomes available.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to view embedded Power BI reports are intermittently impacted.

Root cause: A recent service deployment contained a code regression that’s causing impact.
