Issue Description: Users may not get email notifications for shared Power BI reports and dashboards or Microsoft Fabric artifacts.

Current Update: 21/04/2026 09:05:00 AM– This is a continuation of PB1249121. After further analysis and testing, they have found that their previous fix didn’t address all potential impact scenarios. As such, they are conducting additional internal analysis to help develop another fix to fully address the impact to email notifications not being received

Scope of impact: This issue may affect users who use Platform deep links and have opted into the Technology Adoption Program or Public Preview.
