Issue Description: Some users may experience intermittent failures with requests in Copilot.

More info: User may receive an error such as “sorry, something went wrong”.

Current Update: 17/04/2026 9:00:00 AM– Microsoft are finalizing the process of scaling up service resources supporting the affected traffic flow and are monitoring service health metrics to confirm the result and inform our next steps.

Scope of impact: This issue intermittently affects some users making requests in Copilot.
