Issue Description: Users are experiencing errors with flow management operations
More info: Users are experiencing failures loading pages or become stuck in an authentication loop when attempting flow or desktop flow management operations such as browse, create, edit, access approvals, or view flow run history in the Power Automate portal and Maker portal.
Users may observe recovery as the deployment is completed.
As a workaround, users can perform the following steps. Once completed, refresh your browser and you should be able to log in:
• Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
• Once done, please delete the local storage for make.powerautomate.com using the steps for the outlined below based on the browser you are using.
Microsoft Edge / Google Chrome / Brave:
1. Navigate to make.powerautomate.com.
2. Press F12 (or Ctrl+Shift+I) to open DevTools.
3. Select the Application tab at the top.
4. In the left sidebar, expand Local Storage and select the website URL (make.powerautomate.com).
5. Right-click the website URL and select Clear.
Mozilla Firefox:
1. Navigate to make.powerautomate.com.
2. Press F12 (or Ctrl+Shift+I)
3. Select the Storage tab (you may need to click the ‘>>’ icon if it’s hidden).
4. Expand Local Storage in the sidebar.
5. Right-click the website URL (make.powerautomate.com) and select Delete All.
Apple Safari:
1. Enable the “Develop” menu if not already visible (Safari > Settings > Advanced > Show Develop menu in menu bar).
2. Press Cmd+Option+I to open the Web Inspector.
3. Click the Storage tab.
4. Expand Local Storage, select the website (make.powerautomate.com), and click the Trash icon or press Delete.
Current Update: 13/04/2026 09:08:00 AM–Microsoft has completed the deployment of the fix and, following a period of service health diagnostic analysis, they confirmed that functionality for flow management operations is restored.
Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
