Important Intune service degradation – Device Preparation Policy Blade Unavailable

Dear Local Administrator,

We are currently experiencing a service degradation affecting the Windows Device Preparation policy blade in Microsoft Intune. When attempting to access this section, users are presented with an error:
“The renderComponentIntoRoot component encountered an error while loading.”

This issue is confirmed to be a Microsoft platform fault and is not related to local configuration or admin actions. We are actively working with Microsoft to investigate and resolve the problem.

What action is being taken

Live Service are working with Microsoft to understand the root cause and expected resolution timeframe.
