Issue Description: We have received a small number of reports from end users suggesting that there is a delay to sent mails being received by the intended recipient.

Current Update: 26/02/2026 13:00 PM: Our engineers are actively investigating the issue and interrogating available logs to determine whether we have a wider issue or not and to understand the root cause as applicable. We will provide further updates as soon as additional information becomes available.
