Issue Description: Resource accounts are normally exempt from MFA on the NHS.net platform; however, some accounts are being prompted for MFA unexpectedly.
Current Update: 29/01/2026 12:00 PM – Microsoft’s continue to investigate the root cause of this issue and have implemented a workaround to prevent end user impact in the interim.
