Issue Status: Resolved
Issue Description: Users may not be able to access the Admin Hub component of Coreview and will be met with a blank screen due to an authentication log-in issue. Issue has been raised via the Coreview support team and initial investigations are ongoing.
Final Update: 29/01/2026 18:15:00 PM – The service interruption was caused by an unexpected increase in disk usage on a MongoDB ReplicaSet node in the UK datacentre which resulted in a backlog of messages and increased data flow into the database overnight. Although monitoring alerts were triggered, the rapid rate of disk consumption led to the disk reaching capacity before manual intervention could be completed, impacting platform availability. Service was fully restored once disk capacity was expanded, and no customer data was lost. The platform was subsequently monitored for over 48 hours without further disruption. Additional internal reviews are ongoing between Accenture and the Coreview support team to further strengthen monitoring, resilience, and ensure the continued stability of the platform. All details will be released in the Incident Report once internal reviews are complete.
