INC46706194 – Forensic Discovery, MFA LTE & Entra Application Registration Request Delays – ONGOING

Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Users may experience delays receiving Forensic Discovery search results as well as successfully requesting MFA LTE & Entra Application Registration Requests. This has been caused due to an ongoing Microsoft service degradation (SP1196502) which is preventing Accenture backend processes from retrieving email addresses via the Microsoft CSOM API.

Current Update: 17/12/2025 08:56:00 AM – Microsoft are conducting additional validations and testing on their newly developed code fix to ensure it successfully remediates impact. Once complete, they will then prepare to deploy the change to all impacted environments. They will provide an estimate timeline for completion once one becomes available. In parallel, they are continuing to monitor the previously executed revert process; however, this is taking much longer than expected to complete.
