Description: We are aware of some users unable to authenticate to NHS.net Connect via the use of Smart Card authentication.
Final Update: 14/11/2025 17:00:00 PM– Accenture engineers have continued to monitor the CIS2 authentication platform for the remainder of the day with no further issues identified. This incident has now been resolved.
