Issue Description: Users” apps available for install in the Microsoft Intune Company Portal for iOS may disappear after 30 seconds.

While Microsoft are focused on remediation, impacted users should be able to utilize the Intune Company Portal on the web to access and install apps.

Final Update: 24/09/2025 08:37:00 AM – Microsoft have completed validation with a subset of users and finalized deployment of the updated iOS Intune Company Portal app (version 5.2509.1) to the app store, which has resolved the issue. Users may manually update now, with auto-updates scheduled to roll out by Friday, September 26, 2025.
