Issue Description: Users may see Microsoft Defender Endpoint (MDE) Vulnerability management baseline export data being stale.

Final Update: 17/09/2025 08:30:00 AM – Microsoft have determined that a code misconfiguration in the infrastructure that facilitates the exporting of data was causing impact to occur. They’ve developed and deployed a fix to correct the misconfiguration and confirmed through service telemetry, that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and users attempting to use the export API of MDE Vulnerability management baseline data may be impacted.

Root cause: A misconfiguration in the infrastructure that facilitates the exporting of data was causing impact to occur.
