Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: We are currently aware of an issue where some users are receiving errors using the CIS2/Smartcard system. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and an update with be provided as soon as possible.
Final Update 15/09/2025 17:00:00 PM: Accenture engineers identified an issue which was impacting the CIS2 Smartcard function managed through the NHS.net Portal. A fix has been implemented that immediately restored access to the NHS.net Connect Portal via a Smartcard. Following a period of monitoring this afternoon with no recurrence of the issue, they have now closed the ticket.
