Issue Description: Users are intermittently unable to access https://make.powerapps.com.

Final Update: 15/07/2025 09:30:00 AM – The hotfix deployment has completed, and Microsoft have confirmed, after a period of service health diagnostics monitoring, that this has restored consistent access to https://make.powerapps.com.

Root Cause: A code misconfiguration contained within a recent service update.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to better identify similar issues during their development and testing cycles.
