Issue Description: Users may be unable to reorder or delete members within schedule groups in the Shifts app within Microsoft Teams.

Final Update: 25/07/2025 09:06:00 AM – Microsoft have received reports of an issue impacting the Shifts app within Microsoft Teams. After investigating the impact, they identified a recent update to the service contained a code issue that affects the ability to reorder or delete members within schedule groups. They’ve developed a fix for this issue and they’re in the process of deploying it now to remediate impact.

Scope of impact: Any user may be impacted by this event and unable to reorder or delete members within schedule groups in the Shifts app within Microsoft Teams.

Root cause: A recent update to the service contained a code issue that affects the ability to reorder or delete members within schedule groups
