Issue Description: We are aware of some users experiencing issues when attempting to access their mailbox. Users may receive an error 500 (something went wrong) message when attempting to log in.

Final Update: 11/07/2025 9:30:00 AM –Microsoft have advised that “The configuration change has fully saturated in all affected infrastructure. We’ve verified that the service is healthy by monitoring telemetry and confirming resolution with previously affected customers. a broad expedited deployment of the configuration change across all affected infrastructure.” We have conducted callbacks to affected users who have confirmed the issue is resolved.
