Issue Description: Users may have been unable to access the GitHub app in Microsoft Teams.

Final Update: 26/06/2025 08:45:00 AM – Microsoft have corrected the network authentication component misconfiguration and confirmed through internal testing that the impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to access the GitHub app in Microsoft Teams may be impacted

Root Cause: A network authentication component misconfiguration caused impact.
