Information – Scheduled Change to SSO Certificate via ADFS 09/06/2025 14:00 PM

Please note, as part of our scheduled maintenance on the NHS.net Connect platform, a certificate update has been made relating to the use of Single Sign-On (SSO) via ADFS for nhs.net. This change was deployed successfully yesterday evening.

Whilst all testing was successful both prior to, and post deployment, we have received a very small number of isolated reports where organisations have needed to make configuration changes in their apps to ensure continuation of service.If you have been impacted by this change, please contact the Service Desk who will be able to provide you with the updated certificate details which can be used to check your current configuration.

If these details to not help to resolve your issue, please provide additional details via your ticket so that we can investigate on a case-by-case basis to support resolution.
